Time for us to mix things up a little bit and do a tasting with inclusion bars!
Four inclusion bars for this Saturday's chocolate tasting event! Some unique chocolate pairings in this group: pine needle infused chocolate from Raaka; combava citrus fruit with salt (Madagascar lime) from Chocolat Madagascar; hops-infused chocolate from Chocolat Naive; and the olive & bread bar from Rozsavolgyi.
Celebrate your love of craft chocolate and pure tea Saturday April 15, 11:00-1:00.
Terroir Tea Merchant (832 Fort Street) will be hosting this free drop-in tea and chocolate pairing. David will provide a selection of beautiful craft chocolate to pair with the pure teas of Terroir Tea.
Join David Mincey this Sunday for a special chocolate Master Class on Rare Single Village Cacao from South America.
The event is free but space is very limited.
To book your spot, please register with Niagra Grocery (250-383-1223).
Challenge your tastebuds this weekend at our Mystery Tasting!
What is a mystery tasting? We have four different origins of chocolate from four chocolate makers. You get to taste the chocolate without the distraction of pretty wrappings or fun descriptions. Instead, focus on what you are tasting.

This one is a rare event here at The Chocolate Project: dark milk bars on tasting. New stock has come in and we have quite a few beautiful dark milk bars, so we decided it's high time to do a tasting featuring the decadence of the greatest dark milk bars.
Aloha Manoa Chocolate! If you can't visit Hawai'i this weekend, we've brought a small taste of Hawai'i to you here at The Chocolate Project. This is a rare treat for us to receive.
We have three of their Hawaiian bars in stock: Hilo Hawaii Island, Hawaiian Sea Salt bar, and Hawaiian Honey.
Come try some of this wonderful "tree-to-bar" chocolate! We will be sampling seven different bars and AMMA's cocoa nibs, including his Gulah Merah bar (made with coconut blossom sugar instead of cane sugar) and the experimental Theobroma Grandiflorum Cupauca bar (made from a close cousin of our favourite Theobroma cacao).
